Default My Own Political Test

At the request of a certain other site member, I will now make my own version of the test used for the Nolan Chart. Indicate whether you strongly support, support with reservations/partially support or strongly oppose each of the following:

Censorship
Death Penalty
Existence of Government
Foreign Intervention
Gun Control
Immigration Laws
Marriage Regulation
Selective Service
Suspension of the Constitution
The War on Drugs

Central Banking
Deficit Spending
Government Control of the Currency
Government Welfare and Aid
Income Tax
Minimum Wage
Nationalizing Health Care
Nationalizing Property
Progressive Income Tax
Social Security

My score is 50% permissiveness on both fiscal and non-fiscal issues, putting me exactly in the center. I appreciate all replies. Thank you very much.

I'll do the math: I believe Pixie is 80% socially permissive and 5% fiscally permissive.

These propositions are populist and so opposing them gives one 10 points, supporting them partially gives one 5 points and supporting them strongly gives one 0 points. A totalitarian would get 0 on both fiscal and non-fiscal issues while an anarchist would get 100 on both sets of issues.

1. Censorship - definitely opposed.
2. Death penalty - favor a state's right to pass & enforce death penalty laws
3. Existence of Government - not sure whether it's a necessary evil or a benevolent father
4. Foreign Intervention - only if asked
5. Gun Control - since criminals will always get guns, honest people should be allowed guns, too
6. Immigration Law - allow the poor huddled masses in
7. Marriage Regulation - sell marriage licenses and enforce father's obligations, but no more
8. Selective Service - slavery went out with the 13th Amendment.
9. Suspension of the Constitution - NEVER!!!
10. War on Drugs - war on people, waste of government resources
11. Central Banking - necessary for currency stability
12. Defecit Spending - government should spend no more than it has
13. Government Control of the Currency - not sure who else would control it
14. Government Welfare and Aid - should exist, but I didn't want to end up on disability myself
15. Income Tax - the government needs money from somewhere
16. Minimum Wage - not sure whether it really helps the poor because it's a joke and may suggest how little an employer should pay
17. Nationalized Healthcare - should exist alongside private healthcare system
18. Nationalizing Property - NEVER!!!
19. Progressive Income Tax - those to whom more has been given, more will be expected
20. Social Security - badly designed at the start, but a contractual obligation now

I'll tally up your score: You are 85% socially permissive and 45% economically permissive. That makes you a libertarian liberal.
