In fact - I've made it easy for ya - -go to the bottom of this page and use the "search" function - - use the word "definition" and in the author box use "DBG" - SenFart claimed he was also ignorant of the terms "neo-con" (that would be you, dear) and "neo-conservatives" - that's the evil cabal that hijacked our gov't and foreign policy and propped up the idiot-in-chief for office)

That post also explains why it's so important you know about these people and their agenda. This isn't anything new - their writings and their planning has been around - and known - for years.
You can find out more about them by using the search function again and using the word "Perle" - or better yet, since you need SO BADLY to hate my truths, as they expose not only your ignorance but your beloved idiot-in-chief's perfidy, go to GOOGLE.COM and type in "PNAC" - "AEI" - "Richard Perle".

To answer your question why I couldn't let your post stand as was - -because patriotism wrapped in ignorance, followed by sheep who refuse to know better - who CHOOSE NOT TO KNOW - is UNAMERICAN, and dangerous too.

A better question would be: WHY don't you know that this isn't a war for our freedom? WHY do you unquestioningly accept that propaganda b.s. instead of thinking "wait a minute........that's not right.......hmmmm come to think of it -why ARE our troops there"?

I feel sick every day when I read/hear the DEATH REPORTS from BOTH of the countries the 'w' regime destroyed, and don't you think it's worth your time and trouble to understand WHY our troops are dying, for what they are fighting?

'Cuz it ain't our freedom dear.............it's the PNAC neo-con world domination agenda. (and oil, which is part of said agenda)

Do you think our troops SHOULD be dying for a group of old mens' dreams of world domination?

Therese, I think our troops deserve the TRUTH and they deserve a country that does NOT blindly accept the propaganda, but questions every.single.time. our troops are sent to die.

That IS the definition of PATRIOTISM!!!!

You seem to think you are the only one who knows truth. By your standard we should have let Hitler take over Europe. afterall he didn't attack us. Who cares that he killed millions of people? Who cares that he was working on a bomb of his own? He never attacked the United States. You spread your hate and your lies and call people names and you are so condescending. I don't care what neo con means to you or anyone else. I am all for the war on terrorism and spreading democracy in a region that is stifled by radical religious beliefs. Iraq's freedom can do nothing but spread across the middle east and that will leave us less prone to terrorists. You see my dear, what all people want is freedom. We all want to live our lives without fear and if we succeed in Iraq, we will plant the seed and those that are still without freedom may find something worth fighting for.

This whole post uses the death of an American soldier for partisan politics -- no wonder the family asked that the name of the soldier not be published here.

And TheresaM, despite what arguments you'll make about just wanting to honor the soldier's sacrifice, it's pretty clear from your attack on liberals and democrats that you are merely demagoguing and trying to hide behind the body of a dead American soldier -- shame on you.

NEWSFLASH: there is a better-than-even chance that Iraq will have a civil war. There is also a chance the country will be overrun with extremist Muslims who will turn the gov't into a theocracy.
There is also the possiblity that terrorist factions will further establish their camps and orgs in Iraq and put their own gov't in place, as they did in Afghanistan - with the blessing of the people, BTW.

The FACT that you did not know anything about the evil group of people surrounding the DimSon in office and the FACT that you haven't used your brain to think about what else could happen in Iraq explains why you voted for 'w' - - and you should be ashamed at the way it exposes your CHOICE of ignorance.

You have the internet at your fingertips and yet you don't have the facts you need to make an informed voting decision - WHAT'S YOUR EXCUSE?

Nothing I did or wrote on this thread was done without the permission of the family who read this before it was ever posted. You don't know what you are talking about as usual and that is why I never reply to you until this very post. I don't care about liberals, conservatives, republicans, democrats, independents or anyone else as FAR AS THIS THREAD IS CONCERNED.
It was my way of honoring a soldier who gave his life for this country so ignorant people like you could give your unwanted opinions without being punished. You should be ashamed of yourself.

raise your hand if you believe, as I do, that they can't admit mistakes (child-like behavior) because they have "stupid syndrome", as does their idiot-in-chief? Anyone who knows any psychology knows that stupid people are often easily antagonized, and defensive ("duh, like, bring it on" - gwb)because they know deep in their heart that they are not on the level of most adults adults, intellectually, but I think that beyond that, the defense mechanisms associated with their syndrome forces them to NEVER EVER IN ANY WAY admit they're wrong.
