Default How would the country be different if Kerry was in office?

If Bush had not stolen the election, the world would be a better place. We would have : +more jobs, +more peace, -less stupidity, -less war, and way more. Lets face it; our economy has gone down the tubes. [/b]

First of all, Bush didn't steal the election. Second, Kerry follows polls and, since the majority of Americans still support our presence in Iraq, Kerry wouldn't withdraw our troops. The deficit would be even larger because Kerry would have expanded government aid programs. I'm pro-life, so I oppose Kerry based on that alone. However, I didn't vote in 2004 because Bush is surrounded by callous hawks and his administration has been generally incompetent. Looking back, though, if someone had put a gun to my head and forced me to vote for one or the other, I would have voted for Bush. The country would, in my opinion, be even worse off if Kerry were President.

Whatever you think of Kerry's spending plans, he would have had to get them past a GOP-controlled Congress. Translation: no big spending programs.

Default I cant even vote!

I didn't vote. I was not, nor am I now, old enough to vote, honestly. But I do truely bevieve Bush stole the election. Check the exit polls. And about who would make the country a better place... Did you know that in the month of January alone, the percentage of job loss has declined by at least five percent. And right now, there are more than 20 million illegal immigrants in the Unided States.

Default ..

Bigger government, more taxes, more programs, bigger deficit, extremely liberal SC picks, internationalist UN-syle foreign policy.

I would be miserable.... thank God it never happened.

Default Funny!...no really I thought you were searious for a momeent

If Bush had not WON(Typo) the election, you would be eating your words:

If Bush had not stolen the election, the world would be a better place. We would have : +more jobs, +more peace, -less stupidity, -less war, and way more. Lets face it; our economy has gone down the tubes.

Let's dismantel your arguement piece by piece.

+Better place: wrong Wrong! and WRONG!!!. True, the world is not a good place right now. But it's better than it was with Saddam in power. Terrorists have lost a big money source. Millions of people are now free from a terrible dictatorship. America's got some teeth now. And a potetntial terrorist WMD supplier has been taken out. The world's improving. Climb off the cross and enjoy it!

+Employment: Last time I checked, overall there are more jobs in this country than last year and the economy is truckin' along just as healthy as it's ever been. Economies have ups and downs all the time. Records are made to be broken and I'm not going to worry untill people start pulling out the Hoovervilles again. We're still doing fine. Relax

+...? I'm sorry I killed two birds with one stone back there. My bad. It's this lousy arguement. Anyways to put it short and to the point. We still have by far, the BEST economy in the world and you want to complain.

+Peace: You've proven to me right here that you don't know how these terrorists' minds work. Bowing down is not going to stop them. What will stop them twenty years of kicking *** over there in the middle east and not letting up to prove to them that they kill themselves in vein. Of course I believe the rest of the Muslim world will decide they're tired of them and revolt before that...... Crap there goes your concept of less war and more peace with Kerry.

-Stupididty?: Your punching below the belt here and still hitting nothing. Ironicly, I keep a dictionary by my computer. This will only take a second.

Stupid- slow of mind; given to unintelligent decisions or acts; lacking intelligence or reason (Webster)

You'll have to explain this one because you can't be talking about Bush. He may live in a world of nucular technology but at least he can put two and two together. And at least he can get a somewhat descent grade at Harvard. I'm not sure where you guys came up with this Kerry is smarter than Bush idea but I think it's hilarious that once their college records became public, smarts no longer had any bearings on one's ability to effectively run a country. Bush says nucular, he stumbles, and he says some incoherent sounding things every now and then. We can't all speak perfect; so what. He has the brains to run this country which Kerry proved he didn't. And more importantly: he has the common sense to run theis country which is something no Democrat in the past half decade has prove himself to have. He was the best man for the job at that time. The people decided that. You lost. You're out of power. Get over it, climb off the cross, and give us something constructive to work with because this "well our candiddate would have done it like this(said snoodily)" BS is not helping

For one, based on him completely screwing up his campaign. Early on he could of easily won and somehow screwed things up.

I just don't see him being a good leader whatsoever.

Do you really think ANYBODY could outdo the Bush Admin on these??? I think not.

That said...not a whole lot would be different. Had Bush not gotten into office in 2000...now that would probably be a different story entirely.
