I don't see why it's relevant that the website has different languages. My company website offers various languages as well for foreigners, not English speaking citizens, tourists, or whoever to be able to read the site. But we speak English at every single one of our facilities. Presenting something for informational purposes makes complete sense. I'm glad the senate added this requirement.
