I don't understand why if these people hate everything about our country, and want to try to take all culture out of a cultural rainforest like the our country. THey complain about everything untill it is eaither destroyed or politically correct.

Also what is the problem with the ACLU do they actually loose sleep or are stricken with pain every time the word go is said, or if there is some kind of religious symbol in a public place. I don't have a problem with any kind of religious symbols any were whether they ar islamic, jewich, christian, hindu.

It just seems like a waste of time, fighting over things that don't matter, things that do no harm to anyone. They should use the influence they have to actually accomplish something that matters.

Which political affiliation is it that complains about multiculturalism on a regular basis. I know of no liberal who plans to remove culture. The particular breed of liberal you speak of, when overstepping, does it in the name of protecting minority cultures and keeping dominant culture from dominating all aspects of public life. Oddly enough, France is far less tolerant than the US of diversity, so I fail to see how moving to France is an option. But who in this country complains about diversity? Perhaps liberals may overstep to defend diversity... but you didn't say that. At least get your arguments straight.
Conservatives do the same thing on issues involving the military. In fact, sometimes their reaction to PC is so strong (such as DONNAF/MRBOOZE/Jorgebot) that they believe it is terrible to use the PC terms because only the conservative-improved terms are correct... reverse PC. Not all liberals support PC. I think it's lame. But even PC-freaks don't hate the country. They're just trying to draw awareness... and doing a P!$$-poor job.

In past threads, people have posted several links in which the ACLU has defended people's rights to don religious symbols on their person... yes, including Christians. The ACLU is against public institutions being used as advertisements for a given religion and for private institutions ding whatever they want with religious expression. You mean like... gay marriage ammendments? Importance is a matter of perception. Both sides are guilty of pushing issues that are not objectively crucial.

I wonder why people who don't like open opposition and debate don't move to China.

i wanted to see what kind of reaction i would get from the liberal side if i wrote some of the stuff i here my mom say while she watches the news at night. now i can see that everyone feels the same way about the blanket statements and stero types that are put on eaither side,
conservative, or liberal. They are built on the actions of the few crazy people out here like michle moore, or like the church people protesting at funerals. THese things (stereotypes) are thrown around so much that they are truly belived by many people. guilt by assosiation.

I don't know where the france thing came from, it was just the 1st country that came to my head that wasnt america or mexico.

Is that so. Well conservatives DON"T compare our president with Hitler. We don't put down our military and call them murderers, baby killers and the like. We don't try to take every sign of GOD out of our country which our government was found on. We don't support the murder of innocent helpless babies. We don't support wasting our resources over an imaginary global warming farce.
All the things liberals say are ALWAYS against and in condemnation of our country. This is WHY liberals are believed to hate America. The only things we have to go on is what they say and what they do. If you look, with an open mind, at what liberals say about our country and what they do you cannot come up with any other conclusion other then they do indeed HATE America.

It'd be easier to just disband the United States. Divide the country into red and blue country.... that way no more bitheing and whinning from y'all.
