I knew it!
This article is a reinforcement of my hunch. That is: If a theocracy is established as a world order, and it's head is Islam, the FIRST to go (to die) will be the left.
I'm not saying that's a good thing. No one should be imprisoned (or worse) simply on what they wrote. But that's ideal for America, not necessarily a middle eastern or southwest asian country. This answers sputter's question: There are democracies, and there are democracies. to kaladrew: What's the premise of your title to the thread?

I think the premise is clear
speak out against your country and be subject to criminal charges.
