These are my ideas on foreign policy and law and order issues. Tell me what you think. First, for foreign policy:

1. Intervene (with diplomacy or force) only in cases of massive democide (murder by government), and then only when the probability is that we can improve the situation.

2. Withdraw from the UN. It is useless and a needless entanglement for the United States.

3. Immediately withdraw all troops from the Middle East. This would weaken the Islamist movement by lessening anti-American anger in the region.

4. Cut military spending significantly (and don't build a missile shield) and use the money saved for my Social Security plan (see my fiscal issues thread for details).

5. End selective service and the possibility of a draft. I consider a draft slavery.

6. Trade freely with all governments unless they are committing democide or supporting terrorism.

7. Replace foreign aid- both military and humanitarian- with loans. Charge no interest for cooperative countries but raise the interest rate (to varying percentages) on loans for uncooperative ones.

Now on law and order issues:

1. On life issues, always side with life. I support a total ban on abortion, embryonic stem cell research, in vitro fertilization, human cloning and doctor assisted suicide.

2. Abolish the death penalty- no state power over life and death.

3. Lighten sentences for most criminals (to make room in prisons for extremely dangerous convicts), but make a life sentence mandatory for the worst crimes- such as murder and rape.
