I can think of a few worse candidates such as Al Gore, John Kerry, Howard Dean, etc., but yes, Barack Obama is pretty bad.

Three facts off the bat that drive me to oppose him:

- He supports illegal immigration, and is opposed to any sort of border security beef-up

- He supports the inane McCain-Feingold campaign finance reform bill

- He opposes capital punishment
