Default .

Are you surprised?

Here in St. Louis, the local media is doing cartwheels and handstands over the fact that her Fascistness is going to address the graduating class of 2008, at Washington University (our "best" higher education learning facility).

...yes, Wash U is a "communist factory." I think that even the word "conservative" has been banned by the administration....for the "common good" of course.

Default ?

There seems to be a lot of "communist" leanings within the Democrat party right now. John Edwards comes to mind......

socialist leanigns kids not communitist...two different fruits there.

BTW the US has ALWAYS been socialist in some ways.....in fact if you go back even further you will see the colonists were socialist in ways as well.

This concept that the US is some bastion of anti-socialism is bunch PC nonsense.

Social security is the most glaring program but look further back and you see socialism in how doctors were enticed to communities throughout the colonies....sorry but socialism is just as american as apple pie and baseball.

Despite the spin, socialism has never been a part of the country any more than communism (hair splitting anyway). There may be programs such as SS that are common in socialist countries and other similar traits, but the means of production is not and never has been owned by the government.
