LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) - Former President Carter says President Bush's administration is "the worst in history" in international relations, taking aim at the White House's policy of pre-emptive war and its Middle East diplomacy.

Since when is Jimmy Carter in 'the loop' regarding world affairs? I mean, he was clueless when he was in office in the 70's - with American hostages in the middle-east for over a year. Reagan got them released within hours of taking office.

No former Republican President would bad-mouth a sitting President - only the classless Liberals lower themselves to this embarassment. Sad.

Reagan did not ge them out After he took office.
He got them out BEFORE he took office.
Much of his campaign speech focused on getting them out.
That worried Iran so they released them under Carter's watch.
Guess they hoped Carter would get the credit and then they could take new hostages under Carter's new watch.
That sort of back fired.

All that aside.
Can any American honestly say that America's image around the world is not the worst in history?
That is basically what Charter was saying.
Stop playing word games and putting words in people's mouths.
Do we have to explain every single word for you simple minded people?
When the simple minded people can not reply with intelligence, they change and twist the other person's words.
They also go off topic.
They play the Blame game.
They point out the other person's faults.
The do not talk about what the person actually said and the point the person was trying to make.

Look at Bush's popularity.
It is one of the worse in history.
Look at how the people around the world are viewing the USA.
Arrogant Americans brush off world views and unimportant.
NEWSFLASH: America is NOT the most important country on this planet.
America is not the be all and end all of the moral compass around the world.
There are many countries living peacefully around the world and accept other cultures.

This is not a global war on terror against the free world.
It's a global war against the USA.
Take a close look at every terrorist attack around the world.
They had American targets.
Either American embassies or places where great number of American tourist go.
The British bombing happened because Britain was side by side with the USA in Iraq.
How many countries are in the "Free world?"
How many have been randomly bombed with no American connection?

It is directly as a result of America's foreign policies and MEDDLING that the terrorist HATE AMERICA!!
Until American realize that, then nothing will chance.
Hatred toward America will grow.
Even many free world citizen are starting to hate Americans because of their global meddling.
America is not viewed as it was 10, 20, 30 years ago.
America was looked at for truth and justice.
The biggest black eye on America is this war in Iraq and the FACT that it was based on WMD's.
Now America is trying to rewrite history and say the war was to liberate Iraq.
Liberation was not talked about as a reason to invade another country.
The World knows why this war started.
The World TRUSTED America to always tell the truth.
Half your own country believe the president LIED about WMD's.
Most of the free world believes the president LIED

So Cater was right when he said this administration is the "WORST" in history.

ummm.... you mean CARTER, not cater, right?

Reagan also had the lowest popularity for a time there....he did just fine in the end.
