It's in our constitution. It's just not something they want us to notice.

lol, The constitution is a piece of paper. The national guard, police, drones (coming to a town near you especially in a time of civil war, obviously), fighter jets, tanks, etc essentially make us prisoners, dead and/or losers at the start of such a hypothetical war. And even though we have the right don't many of our rights disappear/suspend under such wartime conditions? So it's a double-edged sword. What I am saying is we are not allowed many weapons that would allow us a shred of opportunity to win, thus, essentially we do not have the right to stage a revolution. Look at reality not ink on a paper.

I think the US has a military that would not likely partake in slaughtering it's own countrymen. I might be wrong.
If there was threat of a civil war I think it would be like the last one. Probably not bloodless but relatively.
