Default An explanation how socialism is taking over US by person who lived in USSR

As a person who has lived in USSR (soviet union) I have another, better perspective of what is happening in USA
(Born in USSR Lithuania 1973, had both parents in Siberia labor camps for speaking out against communism. since 1987 I lived in USA)

First I noticed a lot of Russians moving into North East Philadelphia in early 90's after the collapse of USSR. I have nothing bad to say about these people in general, although a lot, and I do mean a lot of them soon had neck braces and working on accident cases. at least one of my fathers close acquaitance was a communist who received welfare and mentioned to my dad once how they need a baby to get welfare. my dad never really liked him, but nonetheless in a new country at the time it was interesting to know someone from your old country. nonetheless, if we try to limit the evil to Russians, it's going to be another failure just like people who limit the evil to Jews, or Muslims, or blacks etc...and a lot of Russians are good people.

If you limit socialism in government to democrat party you are ignorant and are not helping your country: Bush bailed out bankers and corporations for tax payers money: that is socialism which tea party movement is fiercely against - to demonstrate how socialist infiltrate non socialist parties and organizations I can't evem say it directly because you are already too convinced that Fox News are your only trusted network.

So it would be even better for your country if you can stop limiting lazyness/culture of munching off work of others which is "socialism" to socialism itself, because this same breed can just as easily pose as hard working Christians - what prohibits them from doing so? how do you explain America becoming so "socialist" lately even under a so called "republican" president...

I believe there is a working class/business capitalists and then there are socialist special interests - for example, a restaurant owner or a hot dog vendor falls into a class of working class capitalist, while internet service providers who took over governments invented internet are not capitalists, but socialists. so is pharmaceutical industry which by use of lobbyists passed all kinds of idiotic laws (listed in pvsi.net) causing health care prices to rise.

So they are better described as special interests then socialists.

The working class lives on wages, not restaurants, and neither the USSR nor the USA could ever be seen as examples of socialism, because from about 1920 on the working class didn't control the former and has never controlled the latter. Because of Senator McCarthy Americans misuse words, that's all.

Socialism is bail out banks? WTF!!! No socialist party tolerates that. All socialist parties are against that. Yes. Socialism is against bail out banks. Did you know that?

All your post is nonsense. What? Internet service providers are socialist? What the (*)(*)(*)(*)? Your ignorance about socialism is the greatest ever.

They can be considered working class if they don't have any worker working for them. If not they are businessmen, small businessmen.

I have a restaurant (and another business) no workers atm, business too slow plus I would be afraid to hire officially/full time even in better times due to what is usually described as "socialistic" practices such as social security and all other kinds of payments: my business is simply not big enough for all their regulations, and I would rather work harder myself then hire help even when I could use some.

Obviously not. What made you think they were? All sorts of people work: that doesn't make them working class.
