Thread: Senate To Vote Law That Allows U.S. Military to Detain Citizens Without Trial

It is a proposal of Republican Senators John Mccain and Carl Levin, and this proposal would allow to the U.S. Military to detain citizens without charge or court. Just only the proposal of this shows the true face and true ideology of that ones that proposed that. And that is not conservatism. Or yes. That is the true face of conservatism, and that is showing what is really the conservatism: Fascism in the closet.

And you still think Obama is any different than Bush/Cheney/Military Industrial Complex/Oil Cartel/Bilderberg alliance?

At some point, one must admit what is obvious. There is no longer any oversight on the Congress. WE the people, are no longer the check and balance that prevents the other 3 branches from colluding. And with the US Supreme court strengthing the collusion by allowing unlimited funding by any size corporation, no wonder a bill could get passed that violates the 4th amendment of the Constitution.

The only hope is that Obama will veto the bill... but uh, he will not, as we know he is Bilderberg selected. So the only second hope is that Supreme court strikes the bill down,.. uh.. but they will not.. as they have already demonstrated their disrespect for the individual person by declaring corporations as "person".

So the only thing that is standing between the further erosion of citizens freedom, is that the 2nd amendment has allowed there to be at least 100 million armed citizens, who I am certain will be the first group the oligarchy will attempt to disarm by arresting them, since so many of them were unconstitutionally required to register their firearms., and get "permits" to carry a firearm.

Carl Levin is a DEMOCRAT... John McCain is an authoritarian NEOCON. They are progressives with no respect for human rights. They are the majority of our leaders and are destroying the Bill of Rights, the Constitution, and the Republic. Obama, like Bush, is the same.

If thats conservatism, despite the fact that conservatives dont view McCain (Mr. Maverick) as a conservative, then why has Barack Obama's actions in the War on Terror reflect the exact purpose of this bill?
