It's not a reason to be happy or sad. It's just different.
The only real concern will be national identity.
Theoretically, constitutionalism could survive any demographic changes, but throughout most of human history, when a country lacked a majority group, it tended to boil over in factionalist conflicts.
Hopefully, America will be the exception to the rule.
