Default can we get over the WMD debate

please, whether they have/had them or not is probably something we wont find out. if you didnt think they had some kind of chemical weapons, you are just being silly. who knows where they are now.

and a side note...did the queer guys come out to iraq to dress sadam up and cut his hair and beard? i wonder......

What's queer is the demand that people who do want to discuss WMDs to not discuss it anymore just to make li'l ole you happy. Get real. If you don't want to read something, just skip over it. Never thought of that, huh.

No we can't.

We illegally and more or less unilaterally invaded Iraq because Saddam's WMD were a "grave and growing concern." If Saddam didn't have WMDs that were a "grave and growing concern" then Bush is either (1) a liar, or (2) the leader of an incompetent group of people who have little or no idea what they are doing.

Take your pick.

Proof? In matters such as this, no proof IS proof. Saddam was supposedly "a grave and growing concern" but from what we have seen, that is not true.

I understand that you want proof. But there is. Are we agreed that Saddam had them in the Gulf war? Good, cause he did. And we have yet seen no evidence of their destruction. I don't know if you heard, but on all the news a few weeks ago, we learned that a shell of Sarin Nerve Gas was found in Iraq. It was labeled as a conventional weapon, and the Iraqis say that they thought it was a conventional weapon, but of course they will say that. What a convenient way to hide their WMD, right? And don't worry, we will find more.

I was not refferring to the sarin in late june. I saw in the news (tv, paper, etc.) about one earlier in April or May. But I am glad that we found another in late June, thank you. Even that one in june is enough to prove that Saddamm did not destroy all of his cham weapons.
thanks

Default WEAPONS

So Freedom Fighter,

Is this part of the "stockpiles" he had? Don't forget we knew exactly where they were. We said this just days before the invasion so we must have been monitoring them from the sky or on the ground with our intel. In case they moved, we would be on them in a day.

In fact, I believe Colin Powell had exact amounts in his report to the UN, didn't he? (tonnage and kilograms, I believe)
