Thread: America Has The Richest Poor In The World

  1. Default It's insane.

We SCREW our middle class here, just to maintain a few insanely-wealthy individuals. It doesn't make good sense.

  2. Default

Kind of makes you wonder why they're "poor," doesn't it? They spend all their money on luxury bull(*)(*)(*)(*) that they don't need. I'm sorry, but if you're one of those people who complains that rich people don't pay enough of your bills and you have a plasma tv or an Iphone or an internet/cable tv package, you seriously need to shut your face and take a long hard look in the mirror. Perhaps the only reason you don't have any money is because you suck with money management. Because I'll tell you this; if you can't pay your rent but you've got a house full of nice little gadgets and gizmos, you're living hood rich. Putting wants before needs. And you need to grow the hell up. You don't know what true poverty is. There are no Iphones in Ethiopia.

If you feel underpaid, try producing something useful. See if your net worth doesn't increase.

I'd also like to add one more thing. "Poor" people in America today have luxuries that the richest people in the country did not have 50-60 years ago. Stop and think about that for a second. Let that sink in.

My parents grew up without air conditioning. I can't even imagine a world like that because I've always known a comfortable house. Which is why it's so easy to take it for granted. People in America are more dissatisfied today than ever despite having so much more than people in the past. Isn't it ironic that the more we have, the less we appreciate?

We do not screw our middle class.

People with only a high school education, unless otherwise exceptional, do not belong in the god (*)(*)(*)(*)ed middle class anymore. They have joined the globalized labor market and are no better than Chinamen!

So please tell me why the hell the American factory worker is so much more (*)(*)(*)(*) special than a Chinese one and why I, if I was a company owner, shouldn't use the Chinese one?

Is there some kind of civic duty to hire Americans?

So...your retort is to illustrate another positive?

So, what do you think that means?
You brought it up; you should tell us what you think that means.

It certainly doesn't mean the poor or middle class should just accept things as they are.
Who has to accept their own personal situation if they do not want it? They live in America, which gives them the opportunity to change it.

And not illegitimately simply vote for a politician who is willing to take it from people like me.

If you think we should just leave things where they are, you are far from being reasonable.
And if you have to offer red herrings in response, the unreasonable one is you.

Yes things are changing right before our eyes - but not for the better
    This is another interesting point:

When you look at the numbers, Bush's recession was better than what Obama is calling a recovery.

  8. Default Of course; no need to complicate it further.

Bottom line: Perpetually bolstering the wealth of the most wealthy... is not necessarily or always good for America.

There is enough evidence to see that is true, if one wishes to see it.

Have you read my post on how the FED is propagating what you're speaking of?
