All laws are man made laws.

Natural law is a construct of man.

Perhaps, but Natural Laws are constructed from Natural conditions. Hence your being given the Citizenship of your Parents. Their "condition" at your Birth, becomes your "Natural" condition. They are known as Natural Laws because it is not a construct of man which makes them true, but instead a Natural condition which makes them true.

That last statement is untrue, or it could not even be named "Natural Law". Natural Law is a recognition of an exigent state in our own rules. It is not a construct of Man; to claim it is requires proof on your part.

Which you cannot provide. Our Rights are endowed by our Creator. Natural Law #1, and you have no retort to it.

So it is ok if you post things that have nothing to do with the Thread, but not me?

Perhaps you should take your own advice and quit trying to derail this thread yourself?

    Um no...

I was posting about the topic...

You tried to go off-topic with your birther bull(*)(*)(*)(*)...

The recognition of man makes them true. If man did not recognize them, they would not exist.

Natural rights, natural "laws", inalienable rights, they are all imaginary.

You chastize me for something you continue to do, and don't say anything about the post I am responding to?

How does that work in your twisted little mind.

As for this thread, I believe I have made my point, and it hasn't been refuted by you or your cohorts, that our Forefathers recognized our "maker" and cite Him in many of their public statements.

So I will ask again, and this time hope for a cogent response from at least one of you...

If they were able to do such things, why shouldn't we?

By the way, here's your first attempt to derail with your birther nonsense...

So now you admit "allegiance" is important to Citizenship, but won't recognize the allegiances one is given at Birth by your parents, and hence the term "Natural Born Citizen"?!?!?!?!?!?
    Like 8 pages ago...

Admit your fault, move along and

DON'T TRY TO DERAIL THE THREAD ANYMORE!!!

No, I simply pointed out that you seem to recognize allegiance and Citizenship in this Thread but didn't in one that asserted allegiance in another. It is you that has made the jump to say it is about Obama and "Birther Bull", not me...

So please, stop trying to derail this thread and just answer the simple questions put to you.

I believe you need to go there simply because you can't answer these simple questions put to you.

So again, if our Forefathers could aknowledge our "Maker" or "God" in their Public statements, why can't we?

I have tried now, several times, to bring you back on-topic, perhaps you would be kind enough to do so?
