Yes, that is EXACTLY the case. Grow up, figure it out, and live with it.

If you were actually an adult, you'd know - for instance - that you CANNOT get a mortgage loan to buy a house without having HOMEOWNERS INSURANCE. Why? JUST IN CASE something happens to the house.


The bottom line is very simple. Driving is a PRIVILEGE. Carry automobile insurance, or WALK.

so yeah you can pay this fee and not have to have auto insurance, but you mess up and wreck someones car and put people in the hospital you are gonna pay for it with your ass. only an idiot would agree to pay such a fee, the first time they wreck they are screwed unless they are rich.

What's REALLY brilliant about that is that I pay about $300 per year, per vehicle, for my insurance.

I guess Ole Bozo is more than welcome to pay almost double that to NOT have insurance...
