Thread: The Death Spiral of Law Firms (and Law Schools)

  1. Default

Manufacturing jobs, assembly line work and other blue collar work paying $20 or $30 hour have been disappearing, NO PROBLEMO! Those lazy-ass workers need to go out and work for $5.00 an hour with NO benefits, NO pension, part-time only when an employer wants them!!

Well, if LAWYERS are losing their jobs, the America's economic situation is serious! We need to take IMMEDIATE ACTION!

Of course, I hope lawyers realize that I would hire them MUCH more frequently if they would work for $5/hour, too! The usual $400/hr is just a bit much, and not realistic in today's world!

And if course, we need to COMPLETELY deregulate the legal profession, so competition will allow ANYONE to practice law, and drive down the prices!

Get going, Republicans! Why haven't wee seen these reforms ALREADY? You might even have a chance of winning in November!

Shakespeare said it long ago when he described the Right Wing political movement so very well -

"It is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury signifying nothing."

Well, you do have a point. Haha.

Law school admission applications have nosedived over the last couple of years as more kids wise up. The solution of the law schools will probably be to lower the standards for admission.

The contest in November is between two business models that both lead to failure. The die is cast for America.

Now that I think of it, America has a lot in common with the legal profession.
