Icon2 Socialist, Rep John Conyers Offers Reparations Bill every Congressional Session

There was a thread about this that was closed for flaming.
Can we all just discuss this without the Napalm? Thanks.

I wanted to say this in response to Libhaters comment about Conyers:

Conyers and Waters are socialists. They believe in socialism. They're part of the reason the dem party has become a socialist party in every way but name only.

This was the 111th Congress, but many of these people are still there.

I see a destructive trend in the dem party. It was always a little socialist by nature. But the pandering for votes has evolved this party to a socialist organization and I wonder how long before the dems will declare it openly. They aren't trying to hide it; why not come clean?

Are they waiting to see if Obama will be re-elected before making a move? I think so.

On another note, I don't see reparations going anywhere for so many reasons. But this socialism is bankrupting our country and it's a doomed ideology. We need to stand up to socialism before it's too late.

First you lot confused communism and socialism.

Then you confused the European welfare systems and socialism.

Now you seem to think that reparations are socialism.

You'd be better off focusing on the US educational system, it is clearly non-funcational.
If god is omnipotent and omnipresent, shouldn't we just let him deal with the gays? He seems more equiped to deal with his own business.

Gotta love those socialists. Now that France has a socialist president, we can pretty much kiss Europe goodbye, and everything this new socialist stands for or proposes is a carbon copy of the policies enacted by obamunism.

Gee, and I thought all the bashing of congressman Alan West of Florida for calling 80 or so Congressional Democrats Communists to be something the libs could run with or run on for the upcoming elections. Just goes to show you that everything Conservatives say is the GODs honest truth, while everything libs say is an absolute lie.

If you want to anger a liberal, tell him the truth.
If you want to anger a Conservative, tell him a lie.

I am not sure why Tom Tancredo would make such a ridiculous claim.

There is no "Socialist caucus" in congress. None.

Tancredo's claim from last year is nothing roe than made up nonsense. With all of the real issues this country is facing, one would think that folks would be upset over something a bit more truthful.

You're not listening. SEVENTY members of the U.S. Congress belong to the Democratic Socialists of America. This is significant.

Here's the post from the DSA, themselves, confirming it. Have a look.

Leffe, I would agree up to a point. When a car is on the interstate heading to Detroit it is not yet in Detroit. That's true. But, the left wants to pretend the car is going to Palm Beach because they know no one wants to go to or be in Detroit.

And, you are clearly confused as to the function of the U.S. educational system. It's designed to fund and support the education unions which in turn help fund and support the socialist politicians or communist larvae if you prefer. Secondly, the U.S. education system provides lifetime employment to some pretty talented people and a ton of dysfunctional ones. And, the U.S. education system if functioning on both respect quite well. The last thing in the world the left wants is an educated populace who might be able to read the interstate signs that say, "Detroit -- 683 miles". Detroit? Aren't we going to Palm Beach? No, Virginia, we're not.

You have to admit ... Rep John Conyers has an uncanny ability of getting attention.

What's even more hilarious, is he doesn't even have to change the story from year to year.
