Progressivism is a relatively modern political theory, so I'm refering to more modern day economics.

Based on what they actually say, yes. They're all anti-social-Darwinism statists.

Political systems CAN'T actually eliminate natural/social Darwinism, or even deter it by very much. Thus, left-eral attempts to do just that, are not only futile, but obviously have evil negative side-effects such as wealth redistribution and affirmative action.

I'm sure they'll be testing the general intelligence of people for universities and giving people with less general intelligence, an unfair advantage against those with higher general intelligence, due to idiotic insane EVIL (*)(*)(*)(*)ing leftism.
I agree that natural and social Darwinism are ever-present. Political and economic systems should not seek to eliminate such factors, yet enhance them. This is not to promote increase inequity or corruption, but liberty, freedom, socio-economic mobility, and transparency.

That is quite a hasty generalization. An example of where one ideological label you mention is contrary to your sweeping description is classical liberalism.

I'm down for letting the rich people fend for themselves without the support of everyone else. Let's see how long they last.

    Why do you hate conservatism?

    Same (baseless) argument, reversed.
