Lisa Jackson, the current admin of the EPA in Wash DC was appointed by Barack Obama. So were the regional administrators at EPA's 10 regions across the country. That's the way it works... and the players change everytime the president changes.

It's naive to think there's a single desk in the fed govt that's not under the president's control... much less agency.

As every new Obama 'scandal' broke, I thought of the WHI and his prediction early on the Obama admin would be rocked by scandals. Between Solyndra and Fast & Furious and Security Leaks and making deals with the Russians for 'after I'm re-elected' -- there's no doubt he was right about that. Only question is what's next?

Wasn't he the make believe character SMW posted some months ago predicting some seismic thing was going to happen within a couple days, and ... nada?

If the "insider" is real which is highly unlikelyhe sucks as a leak.
