If we re-elect Obama, we will get what we elected, be it good or awful.

It may be that the cons don't know what great things would be in store for us,

but it MAY be that the liberals have no idea how bad it could be.

The sobering thought is, that we WILL know within 5 years whether Obama is the dream candidate or the nightmare candidate.

It's doubtful. It's all a matter of perspective. There's people that will tell you the new deal got us out of the depression. There's people that will tell you the new deal prolonged it. There's people that will tell you the Laffer curve is preposterous. There's people that will tell you that the Reagan tax cuts prevented another great depression. There's people that will tell you the stimulus "saved or created" millions of jobs. There's people that will tell you the stimulus sapped money from an already depleted market.
