But it's what makes them happy. If they want to be a girl or a guy, then it's what makes them happy.

Well it doesn't - real happiness doesn't come from material possessions.

Id have to agree with this. I think its bizarre that we encourage people to mutilate themselves like this. Im not saying it should be illegal but i do think that it should be treated as any other delusion. If i wanted to be a giraffe the moral thing to do would be to try to talk me out of it, instead of encouraging me to do it.

It's not the same as trying to be a giraffe or an animal. You're still a human being, and last time I checked, humans beings want happiness.
