Actually it looks like they've got a voting scheme in place to get independence.

Though I would think for something like independence you should have at least a 2/3 majority vote. Maybe that's how they do it?

However there is a process there and if they went through whatever it is they'd certainly be recognized.

In contrast if you'd had Albanians vote it sounds like you'd have 99% voting for independence.

Then you know nothing about the English. Not their allies.
