What I am calling for is the end of genecide being committed by Islamists to peoples of all other faiths. Is that unreasonable?

The whole "1%" of muslims are evil line is BS. Most experts and even former islamofascist terrorists that defected will tell you its more like between 10-15% of all muslims worldwide advocate and would use terrorism to make their religion dominant, and the percentage that approve but would not participate is estimated by most experts to be well over 85%! This is an utterly evil ideology we are facing. And, 10-15% of muslims worldwide is a HUGE force of maniac idiots, larger than the population of the entire USA.

Even if I were to agree with the above premise, which I don't, Islamism seems to be the ideology which is currently engaged in massacres across the globe at present, thus the intent on focusing my post on that ideology. We can't do anything to change the past, we must do something to deal with the present.

You know, I do understand that there was once something called The Inquisition. It was born out of ignorance and fear in the dark ages and had many other curcumstances which were mitigating reasons (such as the black plague) as to why people did what they did. I also understand that there have been wars over religious differences.

But, neither in the case of Judaism or Christianity do I see a call for total world domination, destruction and death to infidels as a basic and overall doctrinal tenant of the faith itself. This is a major difference and is what distinguishes Judaism and Christianity as brotherly religions of a loving God as opposed to the doctrine of "jihad" which is such a basic requirement of a dispicable god known as "allah".

Do you even know what Jihad means without looking it up on the internet? Didn't think so.

Jihad means to partake in a 'Just Cause', now if North America was invaded would you join your fellow North Americans to push out the perpetrators? Christianity and Judaism have done as many dispicable things as Islam.

Yeah sure there are some nutjobs in the Middle East but they're just the same as the Neo-Nazi evangeical nutjobs over here!!!!! Surely we should deal with our own domestic nutjobs before we go around trying to deal with others, oh wait, everyone is allowed to think and say whatever they want. Such is democracy

I fail to see why anyone including you would want to make excuses for people who are doing such evil things around the globe. This is the 21st Century man, why would you want to obfuscate our current delema by comparing the current crimes against humanity with those of the past.

If you can do something to change the behavior of people of the past do it. But don't excuse the people of the present because of the sins on others in the past.

The crusades were a defensive action against muslim invasions. So, yes, its a decent name for this worldwide defensive war against islam as well. As for genocide, please quote me saying any such thing. We must fight the evil of islamofascism, but I never said anything about killing all muslims, a ridiculous and impossible mission. Beating down their evil religion into a reformed, harmless form of it through the war on islamofascism will suit me fine.
