It was an excellent and thoughtful description of the complexities of religious conflicts in the Middle East by the former secretary of state. She doesn't have an ax to grind--she is a true diplomat.

I totally agree that SHE should decide what to wear. However, would she be allowed to do so in MOST Islamic countries?

For the record, I have no problem with her attire, I dress like that daily. Though, she is on the smallish side.

When I was refering to the girl having her priorites right. I was talking about what her shirt said and nothing else.

Whether she covers or not. That is between her and God.

What's interesting, Perham, is that I've never once heard you speak out in favor of sharia laws, chastity tests for women, or dress codes for women.

However, Sunni Man, who was clearly quite appreciative of her "decadent western attire" and her undeniable assets, has often expressed that Sharia law should be brought to the U.S. and followed here. And, it's almost undeniable that with Sharia law would come chastity tests and dress codes for women.

It's just an interesting contradiction on his part. Sometimes, actions speak louder than words.
