Islamic fundamentalists happen to be the most publicized religious zealots, but probably every religion in the world contains factions of believers that would kill to support their cause. Christianity, Judaism, Islam...these all teach fine principles; it is the people that follow them that choose to skew and misinterpret their texts. So no, I don't think that Islam should be destroyed.

When was the last time that a Christian was killed over a cartoon? When was the last time that a Jew was killed over his opinion? 500 years ago? 1000 years ago? I'm sorry but it's time to grow up and if these Islamic Extremist can't, then we need to obliterate them from the face of the earth. What are we waiting for? I'm sure you wouldn't mind killing all the moderate Muslims, their women, and their children as well. Right? How do you differentiate between an extremist and a moderate? It's not a black and white distinction - there are gray areas, so what do you do with those? Sometimes the best way to quiet an annoying presence is just to ignore it.

Dude, let's just cleanse every religion, ideology and (don't forget) the liberals that differs from us. Thus, only right-wing conservative Republican American (probably) male Christians will remain.

In the modern world there is only one section of the globe that endorses, promotes, and condones bloodshed and the killing of innocents as though we were still in the middle ages. That area of the world is ofcourse the middle east.
