This is a good example of black culture in America, they don't want an education, they just want to be 'victims'.

If they had any aspirations they could at least strive to become Mayor and bang a bunch of their co-workers. You'd think that would have some appeal....

I don't know, I think the government is partially to blame for this. The government (unfortunately) is in charge of educating Americans. Take Ron Clark for an example. If every teacher did what he did for those kids, where would we be?

1 in 6 West Virginians are on food stamps. It goes to show you that poor white people love free food and refuse to get jobs.

Money isn't the problem, black culture is.

If the problem was black culture, blacks everywhere would have similar graduation rates. I doubt you will find similar grad rates anywhere except for big city school districts. Failure begets failure as those who have means and motivation move to better school districts or choose private schooling.
