I think it's hilarious how FOX has you libs in a complete tizzy!

In November 2007 CBS tried to dismiss the charges.

On January 8th 2008 the courts decided to allow Dan Rather to go on with his suit. Where is the so called liberal media covering this story???
You mean besides in the NY Times link that you yourself provided? How about right here for starters? http://www.cnn.com/2007/SHOWBIZ/TV/0....ap/index.html

FYI...a lawsuit means nothing. CBS found their own reporters guilty of liberal zealousness.

There certainly is a liberal media...

Slate...

The nation...

Etc...

There is also a conservative media...

National Review...

Washington Times...

News Corp....

What there is not is a vast-left-wing conspiracy in mainstream outlets, as so many conservatives whine about.

Moreover, the internet age is quickly bringing us a whole new ball game.

Less and less are there 'ivory towers' of news.

In that way, it's great. You no longer have to choose between three sources on TV, you can access anybody's version of the news, at any time.

Since people generally think what they want, it's great for everybody.

True. Their are conservative outlets but nowhere near, let me repeat nowhere near the domination over the main stream media (news, music, movies, tv, etc.) that liberals have.

And ironically the free speech loving liberals have done what they can to shut down and dismiss any conservatives voices (Rush, FOX, etc)

Yes the original story of filing a lawsuit hit most mainstream media sources but none have updated this story.

Here's the problem. I know there are great sources of information on the internet, unfortunately the mass American population get it's news source from the mainstream press.

Tell you what. Since all these stories are kook stories, then you would have no problem showing anyone here they are not true. If you cannot provide the evidence then you need to retract your statement.

Gee I posted several lies Fox has done in another thread. Guess what. No one challenged them.

Repeat them and show they are any worse than the CBS scandal or what Media Matters, Moveon.org, Air America, or the NY Times do on a regular basis.

You libs are so wildly angry about FOX lies but completely give a pass to examples like CBS, who tried to hijack the 2004 election with fake evidence and biased witnesses.

Updated it to what? Nothing significant has happened. And the story was there.
