Here is what it actually says:

In this instance, Kelly is asking for federal assistance, specifically from the ATF, who grants licenses to firearms dealers and is responsible for investigating illegal firearms trafficking to get guns off of the street.

Most guns get onto the street, and into the hands of criminals, not through thefts, but through straw purchases and corrupt gun dealers. The NRA has NEVER opposed (and in fact, has supported) measure to eliminate those problems.

Your posts smack of thinking you know what you're talking about, while not having an actual clue.

And, it's certainly a fact that Florida's gun-laws are some of the least restrictive.

What you don't mention:

*A concealed carry permit here requires a background check, and the person purchasing the weapon CANNOT have a criminal history.
*These bulk sales are reported on TO THE ATF by federal law.

Furthermore, as stated, the article you linked to did not support your points.
