I don't need a law telling me something is legal in order for me to go ahead and do it. I bet that if there was no right to bear arms clause in the second amendment, you would still be packing heat. And do you have reading comprehension issues? I never said I was dragging a body through the street - I was using it as an analogy to make a point, which obviously has escaped you.

yeah ... right and touting a NY flag ... and ABOVE THE LAW ... very liberal attitude!

well where I am right now ... it is LEGAL to carry a handgun on my belt and walk down the street WITHOUT a carry permit ...

unlike some parts of NY where an auto BB gun is ILLEGAL!

You wouldn't assume that if you walked around Harlem at night. People don't do things just because it is legal to do so. It's legal to smoke, but people don't smoke just because they can - it brings them pleasure, calms their nerves, even think it makes them look cool. You still refuse to answer my question about why the real reason is that you carry around a weapon, especially with so much ammunition.

I used to go right below Washington Heights (at night) back in the mid 80's
