Did you listen to the sermon not just the sound bite? And that is what preachers do cry aloud and spare not. If a man beats his wife and i call him a woman beater who is wrong in this situation. Black people are not trapped in the past however one must study history so that it is not repeated. So as my jewish brothers say "never again" to slavery or jim crow. If talking about these actions of the past make you feel uncomfortable how do you think the people that the crimes were committed against feel?

Funny how everybody's calling out the black man running in this election for racism... Isn't it racist to be picking at his personal life so much? Isn't it racist to relate him with Saddam Hussein or Osama Bin Laden just because of his name's relation?

The guy is running for President. We have a right to pick through his life just like people are doing with Hillary and Mccain as well.

And it's not about having members of the muslim community on his staff. He has members of the Nation of Islam which is far different. It's a notoriously hateful and racist group.

This is a by far a race thread. One thing that makes America great is its diversity. It really brings us to the cream of the crop with all the cultures; ideas, brains and shade tree mechanics with the whites/blacks and mexicans. Wow, what a combo!! Anyways it may turn out to be the rise and fall. I could careless about the color of a man. I go more for the brother who puts his faith in Christ, the son of God. You blacks should be more concerned about the Mexicans, they have you out numbered. While the Mexicans are reproducing and making mexican-americans, the blacks are killing each other and having a high aid ratio. sorry but true.

Wright has removed the Trumpet Magazine article from the church website, like a cat covering up his business.
