So if you watch Fox news your just trying to get your pathetic ego massaged? While Im talking to someone with just that hateful opinion, I can see why Fox's ratings smash that of MSNBC!

Any smart marketing exec will tell you to always be closing. FOX still dominates the ratings unless you have some new numbers to show me.

The fact that the left hates FOX so much and yet FOX clearly attracts more American viewers than any channel should tell the left that either FOX is very fair and balanced or the vast majority of Americans are right wingers. Either way the left should be worried.

Look at Air America. It's a complete bomb where as the right has numerous shows getting huge radio ratings. Why?

Whenever I put MSNBC on and see Keith Olberman he is talking to someone who generally agrees with him on whetever he's talking about. FOX however, with shows like Hannity and Combs or O'Reilly invites people with different views on the debate issues. Those shows are not news shows they are opinion shows but both of those FOX shows go out of their way to have equal numbers of people from each side to voice an opinion.

Compare this to the Bill Maher Show on HBO onwhich they usually invite one conservative guest on and force him to debate Maher and two other liberal guests and deal with a liberally stacked audience to boot! This describes nearly EVERY episode!

I don't see the left complaing about Mahers show though.

Not when everyone on the show gangs up on the liberal. Bill Maher always has a conservative as a guest - does that make him fair and balanced? Give me a break.

One conservative channel in the sea of monothought, the titanic liberal media establishment, and libs get their panties in a knot.

I'm not convinced that "trust" has anything to do with their high ratings. Fox News is one big "opinion" piece. People are just as likely to tune in for entertainment than they are to tune in to get facts.

Did you not read my post above? Hannity and Combs goes out of its way to make sure there is an EQUAL number of people on each side debating while Mahers show gangs up 3-1 on the conservative in addition to packing the audience with wild eyed libs.

You must not really watch FOX and are simply buying into the usual hype about how evil it is.

I think Bill Mahers show is about as fair as the view
