My Personal Experiences a With Doctor (universal healthcare)
So I went to see a comedy show with my friend last night, and he took his mom with him. They're both fairly liberal, and we got to talking about politics. My friend's mother is a doctor in a hospital, and he's currently writing a paper on universal healthcare. Much to my surprise, he's against it - as is his mother - at least the form being suggested.
However, he is for forcing everyone to buy into their own healthcare - kinda like a tax, but you'd be paying for it yourselves. I had a hard time explaining to him that no politician would ever endorse something that made people pay their own way. Possibly the only reason that Hillary's plan is popular is because of her claims to tax the rich.
BTW the comedy show was AWESOME. John Pinette is HILARIOUS.

This is figure approximates the numbers from Iraq Body Count, the most well documented, and highly regarded, source of civilian Iraq deaths from violence during our war with Iraq.

So your logic is that if we are not there, the number will go down... That makes perfect sense... not.
