Newsflash: Taxes are based on income earned, not on asset value. If they sold the team then they would pay a tax. Great system.

If they lost money then yes I like it. That's the way it works, you pay taxes if you have income. You don't pay taxes if you don't have income. If you want to collect taxes without income then that Communist China you mentioned above is the system of government for you.
