There has never been peace in the middle east. Just a breather in all the fighting. There will never be peace in the middle east until you address the underlying greivances between the jews and the arabs. The palestinians feel that their land was taken from them but wasn't palestine offered land in the process that created Israel in 1948? They rejected the proposal so they have no one to blame for their current problems but themselves and israel should not accomodate them. The Holy Land is theirs by God's word.
