lol...Yeah it was actually Sean Hannity who gave the guy rock star status by beating a dead horse issue that didnt have any validity in the first place.

First off....half of what the guy says probably has some hints of truth in it.

He says "God Dang (dont know if allowed to say the other word on here) America".....Well he is expressing his frustrations at alot of the actions of our nation. Well the overly patriotic types here got all bent out of shape over that one.

He says that we bombed Japan....ummm we did lol.

He talks about racism that the black community has to deal with....Again thats true.

Now dont get me wrong, alot of his other beliefs are wayyyyyyy out in left field and pretty stupid. Personally I think the guy is wrong more often than he is right with what he says.

However do I think he is any more or less insane than other wackos such as Pat Robertson or Billy Graham who have made equally as offensive and outrageous comments?? No I dont.

And I also dont think his comments should affect Obama one way or the other. I mean I love my own Dad, but he has said some crazy things before. Things that shocked me and things I am ashamed of. Most of it was when he was just in a really bad mood or had a rough day on the job (he was a cop). Would I want those comments held against me if I ever ran for office?? No I wouldnt. And NO I wouldnt turn my back on my father for saying stupid things every once in awhile.

This Pastor is like family to Obama and he isnt going to turn his back on him just because he has some slightly wacky political and social beliefs. I dont blame Obama for that.
