Benito Mussolini, who nationalized Italian industry across the board... Adolf Hitler, who nationalized every aspect of German industry... I hope that helps... |

Quote:
<<<Personal Attack Removed>>>Nationalization is a specific economic action in which a means. mode or tools of production are brought into the ownership of those who work them - the people, rather than by parasitic capitalists. Mussolini ADMITTED himself that he never nationalized anything, and a key part of the support for the Nazi Party and Hitler was big business. I seriously cannot believe the ignorance and downright stupidity of people like you, please get some historical knowledge, hell even a wiki education would be an improvement for you at this stage. Those who are thoroughly doctrinaire in their approach too often assume everybody else is similarly simplistic and dogmatic, and so label anybody who does not toe their ideological party line as being of an opposite nature. Similarly minded doctrinaire leftists often like to call me a "neocon" or some such equally simplistic drivel. I am sure this will go quite completely over your head, but in case anybody else is looking in I might give a little lesson as to the symbolism behind the Italian socialists choice of emblem. The etymology of the very term "fascism" lies in the reference to the implement called a fasces, which consists of a bundle of rods or sticks bound tightly together and from which protrudes a cutting blade. This symbolizes the inherent power weilded by people who are absolutely bound together by a rigid ideology and common purpose. It is the rigidity of ideology that denotes a fascist, and along with this rigidity comes the attitude that any opinion not completely in accordance with such is the representation of an opposing ideology, and so must be crushed. In essense, fascism represents ultimate conformity. You are assailing me for not conforming, and making many stupid assumptions in the process. I would suggest you at least try to learn a little something of the world before making more. |
