and good work habits, instead of kids with criminal records, gotta start somewhere

IQ tests are notoriously bad indicators of success, as are school grades.
Public schools are geared to help those who learn in a classroom environment, and babysit all others. That is our biggest peoblem in the US right now. When the schools treat kids with lower grades as inferior people, they beleive it and give up!
