Default Republic of America

We American seems to take the state/federal system for granted, we allow each state to have different laws and rules. Every state's laws, crimes/sentences, doctor practices/ building codes/ state taxes, school regulations are different. As a nation why can we just have one law and one system for every state? A general election is an election conducted by the nation, not each states to avoid inconsistency and fraud.

The establishment of United States might be good for last centries, but now it is the time to unite the nation and make it as one nation. The problem with different states to have its own judiciary power, it creates more confusion and difficulty to American citizen to understand and follow.

Personally I think it is time fro The Republic of America to be born. If we want to remain this nation to be stronger and the leading power of the world.

This is because some laws apply more to some states than to others. Consider certain fire laws and restrictions out in California, that are missing in the Midwest. Also, in California, they have air pollution controls that are unnecessary in places like Montana.

Because that is not how our government was set up. The U.S. constitution was written specifically so that state and local governments should handle the vast majority of law-making decisions. Federal government was supposed to shoulder international issues, and the security of the nation in general...not to enforce stupid things like tags on mattresses (as an example).

Perhaps the problem isn't with "government," it's with the people. The citizens have become more and more dependent on "Mother Government." They've become selfish and lazy. They've demanded more and more from it, and the selfish politicians have whored it all to them, in exchange for their vote. The real problem is with the doltish citizens, and the whores they elect to govern them.

In other country, this will be a local government issue.

I don't care about other countries. I'm sure their constitutions say different things than ours does. Show me a constitution from a "democratic nationalist" country that matches ours, and then we can debate about it.
