First off the government of the US protects its citizens. If there is a country like Cuba where it would put soldiers lives at risk to go in and save them, then the government of the US has a right to tell people where not to go. The problem here is that you have people who think that anything they want is justified and anything that goes against what they want is evil.

Sounds good to me(you small government, individual rights supporting republican you). I don't think the government should have the right to tell me what to do. If I want to put myself into danger, the government should have no right to stop me!
