Certainly one opinion, but inaccurate! It is a racist program by virtue of its favoring one race over another. That is all that is required to make it a racist program.

Its not designed to keep whitey down? Well now, that is all a matter of perspective isn't it!!!

Racism, discrimination and bigotry are three different words that you want to make into one word. Oddly, just like black leaders do. You all have that in common. It's racism even if it's not racism.

Am I the only one who finds it odd that a person of any race other than caucasian can express pride in their race or ethnicity and society applauds them for it, but if a caucasian expresses the same, they are chastized severely!

I don't really think you can be racist against yourself. I think the term is also used when it is solely based on race. This is a practical decision; white people get sunburned a lot easier than black people. If I had to higher life guards or undercover agents to work in other countries in night-time espionage missions I would prefer to hire black people because this represents a practical decision that is based on the color of their skin. I would not call this racism however, it would be racist if I didn't want to hire a black person to run a store or something like that.

So how come when we profile based on rase (even though facst show that certain races commit more of certain types of crimes than other) is this racism
