Default Abortion and illegal drugs

Do you think most people who support legalized abortion also support legalizing drugs that are currently illegal?

One prolific argument for legalizing abortion is that "people will have them anyway, so we should ensure there is a safer option legally". Well can't that same argument be used to support legalizing illegal drugs? Can you support one argument and not the other without becoming illogical in your arguments?

Liberal "group think." Yes, they all are in it together, as they have given up their individual minds for the collective mind.

It wouldn't bother me if drugs were legalised, just make sure you stay the hell away from me when you're high as a freaking kite.

Of course. We would not support gun ownership under the same rationalization either.

But Gun Ownership is not an autonomy over one's own body issue. You ran off into a ditch with that one.
