My political beliefs pretty much came from my father, who was a Goldwater Republican, and who encouraged me to be active. He was approached one time to run for office, and turned down the offer. His family was more important to him.

Not sure what that has to do with me or my post, but OK.

Marx was responsible for the Communist manifesto, so yeah the leap to calling him a "Commie" isn't that difficult.

and on a side note~

Actually the M16A4 is a good weapon.
I'll let our resident weapons expert CDP expound on it's qualities. I haven't fired one in a long time.

Well it's typical of many liberals.

They are envious of the success of others and in some "Robin Hood" fantasy they
think it is justifiable to steal from the rich and give to the poor.

It's the politics of envy.

Try reading "Animal Farm" by George Orwell.

Then Republicans (I can't call 'em conservatives) play the sidekick to Robin Hood.

'Cuz they certainly aren't trying to thwart Hood's efforts.

Or you need to compromise your principles in order to gain favor with those who can do things for you!

Some do. But my post was merely pointing out a simple fact of life. Paris Hilton has it easier than Toqua Jones third ghetto baby and will find material success far easier. She got a freakin' record deal. You think Toqua's kid will be given a record deal with the same lame talent? Hell no. I don't call that "envy". I call it a fact. And as a libertarian the whole Robin Hood thing doesn't exactly give me the warm and fuzzies.

Ah but Toqua has it much easier than her parents did! Due to her economic status and race, she can move to the front of the line sans talent or education and become a speedbump for the economy!
