That's one of my problems with socialists. They engae in idiotic behavior and then to rinse themselves of responsibility for their idiocy they demand that idiocy should be normalized.
They get all exercised over 30 days in the county jail, but they never want to discuss the consequences of a lifetime of sub-standard performance and the typical ramifications associated with the underacheiving chronic pot smokers.

By your own logic (correct me if I don't understand your logic), rich people are automatically considered above-par performers, since your only gauge of "performance" is monetary (not even economic -- just monetary). Therefore, every single wealthy person who smokes pot -- which is most of them, in the opinion of pretty much everybody, I think -- disproves your theory.
Or is it that you think that only
poor pot-smokers should be sent to jail? Perhaps it isn't really the pot-smoking that you think is criminal, but simply being poor?
