The prerogative of the user.
I don't wish to see heroin addicts injecting in the middle of the street. If marijuana is legal, the fact that it leads to harder drugs is an issue. It means more drug abuse, more rehad, more violence, more deaths from drug induced violence and overdose etc. How do you expect to manage this if marijuana were to be made legal?

limited use of Marijuana can be fun and enjoyable. Like everything else if you over do it, it can get you in trouble. ...I remember those old fun days... sigh.

Default Hell no!!

We already have enough delusional "weed-heads" in this country (I'm in high school, I know). Imagine what it will be like if we legalize it!!

Actually, I was thinking marijuana for nobody.

Do we really want the future parents of America smoking weed as they raise their kids? Good grief, give me a break.

Well, if your not, that's another question.

The fact remains that no where in the constitution does it limit your ability to use drugs, so if anyone begs to differ, they are fascist/totalitarian's for being to be able to say what anyone does.

If anyone can't control their drug intake, that's their own fault, not the governments.....

I do drugs and so do alot of my friends and it is up to each individual to make their own decision about drug use, not the government. The government says we can't use the drugs but that's means nothing, if we want to abuse drugs, we will.

Should you be able to abuse drugs at the expense of others? If pot heads start causing violence, beating up on people in their drug induced state, should people still be allowed to abuse drugs, even though it has an impact on the lives and welfare of others?
