of course. he claims hes christian and ill still vote for him. why would believing in another kind of imaginary friend change things? not like theres an atheist running that i can switch my support to.

I'm not an Obamite, but I couldn't care less if a given candidate is Muslim, Christian, Buddhist, Zoroastrian or worships the ancient Roman pantheon. I care about their policies, personality, smarts and sanity.

Really, people. This obsession with Obama is getting old. He is neither Christ nor antiChrist. He will not tear up the Constitution if he is elected; he will not magically cure all ills if he is elected. Get a grip, everyone.

It's not going to happen because it's not true.

But to answer your question, the only trouble I'd have is that he didn't say so in the first place.
But I personally do not care what a person calls himself or his God. I accept that anyone I'm likely to see running will have some deity he worships for whatever reason.
I'd like to be proven wrong someday.

my post is an attempt to find out whether people would change their mind on who to vote for based on a candidates religion....

so far, people who are voting for Obama would vote for him regardless of what religion he is....
