Considering a particular pharmacy is owned by someone who has no persuasion either way, should the pharmacist working at the counter (not the owner) have the right to turn someone away because he/she believes women should not be using contraceptives?

Also, what about a rural area with one drugstore for miles. Should the pharmacist have the right to turn people away based on his/her own moral code?
I think that if she's going to sell them, she should follow the rules. Whether or not the rule should be in place is a different story, but I can tell you right now that the woman who withheld it is going to lose.

Only the owner has the right to turn people away. The pharmacist who does not own the store has no right to turn someone away because they don't believe someone should be using contraception.

As for rural areas, if there is only one store for miles those stores should supply contraceptives. No one is going to travel for miles for a condom, are they?

If the oly phamacy in town doesn't want to stock them, then they don't have to. People can order contraceptives off the net or travel to a town that stocks them. As for condoms; any store can sell those, so they'd be readily available elsewhere in town if the pharmacy doesn't stock them.

I understand this, but I think what the pharmacist needs to understand is that using contraception is a lot better than the consequences of unprotected sex. Surely even they realise this.

Pro-life pharmacists who see birth control pills as a form of abortion aren't concerned with secondary issues. I understand their reasoning and support their right to refuse to dispense BCPs; as long as it's their pharmacy or the owner of that pharmacy has given them permission to do so.

I understand your point - here's another question: Should pro lifers even be ALLOWED to own a pharmacy, knowing they will be restricting the products they sell?

Of course. No one forces customers to shop there. People always have other options.
