No other country has an "ism". I never heard of Italianism or anti-Canadianism. We are the only country that can claim an "ism" - but what exactly is it?

Might mean approving of american tradition or way of doing things. (like an ideology)

The reason other countries don't have it might be because america is well known. Off all the countries in the world the U.S is probable the most heard about. (news from your country often ends up in mine for example)

Something like that. For us here, Americanism is the foregone conclusion that we are the good guys, can do no wrong, that our way is the best way. I guess we're pretty full of ourselves.

It's all I can do to keep up with America and Canada, but if you want... I'll try to add Australia to my news reports.

I guess that means I'll have to drop the Korean Central News Agency of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea).
